Morgan House (Wbtdc), Darjeeling Set at an altitude of about 1,250 meters, against the magnificent backdrop of the Kanchenjunga peak, the Kalimpong Tourist Lodge alias renowned as Morgan House provides a quiet and relaxed Holiday amidst tranquil surroundings. A must visit worthy place to stay and enjoy the aura of nature. The room and the bathroom were clean enough, but would have benefited from a more thorough daily clean. The stairs were dirty and I overheard more than one guest complaining about it. The carpets need the attention of a carpet shampoo machine check out Amazon India plus daily attention of a vacuum cleaner. Sweeping is not enough.
